About the event
With COVID still being a present part of our life our shows will be operating with measures in place to keep you safe and able to relax and enjoy the show. Please read the information below so that you know what to expect at one of our shows and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us on redbookofficia@outlook.com. We will update this page with information incase guidelines change, so please check back here at any time, though we'll of course be in touch to let you know if things change.
For all venues please see below:
‘The Little Friend Tour’ will run without an interval at approximately 75 minutes to limit movement around venues.
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the performance unless stated differently on your ticket.
We will still operate at 1m+ social distancing and capacities at all venues will be reduced to allow for safe distancing.
Hand sanitiser will be available for use at the entrance to all venues.
You don't need to print/show tickets, simply give the name the ticket is under at the door and you will be directed by our team.
All tickets purchased under a single booking will be considered 1 household/"bubble" so will be seated together without social distancing measures.
Children under 2 years are considered "Babes in arms" and will not require a ticket.
Those with a disability requiring a carer to attend performances please contact us at redbookofficial@outlook.com with details. Whilst carers will not require a ticket they will still be considered part of your "bubble".
Although it is no longer legally required, we do ask our audience to wear a face covering whilst moving around the venue. This can be a mask or visor which can be removed once seated. If possible, we also encourage our audience to take a lateral flow test before attending our show.
Our performers will be testing before each show and will be wearing face coverings when not on stage to protect them and you.
The doors will be maned by our team who will show you to your seats. We ask that you show tolerance and understanding towards others during these difficult times and respect each others space. Give way and keep distance where you can.
Some venues will have facilities but the majority are without. For venues with toilets please be aware that access may be limited to ensure social distancing can be maintained.
Please note that some of our venues are historic buildings so if you have any access requirements please contact us on redbookofficial@outlook.com
Please dress warmly as many of our venues are without heating. We will also be cleaning and ventilating all venues so this may well mean that they are chillier than usual!
If changes to government guidelines mean the event is cancelled your tickets will be refunded.
Test and Trace: If we are alerted to a case of Covid-19 at any of our events customer details, provided at booking, will be used by the NHS to contact all audience members following government guidance on Test and Trace. If you do not want your details to be used in this manner please let us know and contact us on redbookofficial@outlook.com
When you buy your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email and we’ll keep you updated on our future projects via our mailing list.
Our team will be at all venues to assist audiences and help keep everyone safe so you can be confident in attending!
